How the Mythic+ tier list is built
Every spec is ranked by its representation among the highest-scoring runs of the season. We scan the top runs across all dungeons and count how often each specialization appears, split by role, then average the key level each spec is clearing.
Tiers are relative to an even split across the specs in each role. A spec appearing at more than twice its fair share of top runs lands in S; above 1.3× is A; a steady presence is B; the rest is C. Because it reads the very top of the ladder, this reflects the push meta rather than average keys.
